1. Refund Conditions
Trutech Manufacturing only supports refunds when customers place a new order due to an error in the ordering process. To be eligible for a refund, the replacement order must meet all the following conditions:

- The value of the replacement order must be equal to or higher than the canceled order.
- The replacement order must be successfully placed before Trutech Manufacturing processes the refund.
2. Refund Processing Time
After the customer successfully places the replacement order, Trutech Manufacturing will process the refund within 5 business days.
3. Important Notes
The refund policy only applies to orders that fully meet the conditions stated above.
Cases that do not satisfy these conditions and criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
